Cardio Pilates w/ Steph Prem

Join Steph for an upbeat hybrid Pilates/ strength / dance cardio class. If you’ve been to one of our Willow workshops or 21 day resets you’ll know this sweaty, sensory class. Music /playlist also integrated the class.
Suitable for all levels and abilities you will need a yoga mat and 1kg weights (if you have them)

Stretch & mobility workshop w/ Steph Prem
Thursday 28th 5.30pm60mins
This workshop is designed to guide you through a series of stretches and self Myo facial teqniques to rid the body of tension and stiffness, stimulate blood flow and increase mobility and flexibility. Very complimentary to all other fitness classes and would work well as a recovery class. This workshop will also ease stress and anxiety in the body and mind and aid in a good nights sleep.
Workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities, men and women and will run for 1 hour.
You will need a foam roller and a ball for this workshop (can be a trigger point ball or just a tennis ball please contact us if you need to purchase a foam roller )

PP IMMERSIVE WORKSHOPS WITH STEPH PREM

An immersive experience bringing together all your favourite elements of PP classes WITH founder Steph Prem. Pilates, functional fitness, mindful movement and dance all combine to create an experience for mind and body like no other. Designed to be a full body, challenging (sweaty) and transformative workout to inspire and motivate a balanced body and mind. Workout can be tailored to ALL ‘body’ abilities or ages. Function and form collaborate in a luxe wellness space at Willow Urban Retreat for the months of April and May 2021.
